Lew Landers - Crashing Hollywood (1938)

What happened to Lee Tracy after his banishment from MGM? After bouncing around from one studio to another, for the balance of the '30s he landed at RKO making B pictures such as this, where he plays a screenwriter who gets fed information on a criminal gang by a just-released crook and his wife. The breathtaking accuracy of the information gets Tracy both accolades and trouble, especially from perennial nasty gangster Bradley Page.
